Joseph “Joe” Loranzo Hoschar age 99 of Murray, NE passed away on Sunday, April 28, 2019 at his residence.

Joe was born on March 3, 1920 to Wilford “Bill” Elsworth and Pearl Edith (Addleman) Hoschar in Meadow, NE.

He was raised and schooled in Meadow and he began working at a young age. Joe served his country during WWII in the U.S. Army Air Corp as an airplane mechanic. He met Thelma Arlene Howell and they were later married on March 18, 1944 in Omaha, NE. Joe and Thelma made their home and raised their children in Murray. Joe worked the majority for his life as a carpenter and later as a land developer.

He is survived by his son: Lon Hoschar of Murray, NE; daughter: Connie Dietrich of Cassville, MO; three grandchildren: Debra Curnes, Laura Ayers, and Lonnie Hoschar; four great grandchildren; sister: Marie Sand of Council Bluffs, IA; brother: Bill Hoschar and wife Alice of Bellevue, NE

He is preceded in death by his parents: Bill and Pearl Hoschar, wife: Thelma Hoschar, three sisters: Alice, Ida Mae, and Marjorie, and three brothers: Richard, Melvin, and John.

A Private Family Burial will be held at a later date.

His Final Resting Place will be at Oak Hill Cemetery in Plattsmouth.
