He was born on January 21, 1956 in Madisonville, KY to the late Ada Parkest Babbs and Celester Parkest. Kenneth was a United States Army Veteran and was a truck driver for Pleasant Trucking. He enjoyed the outdoors and loved fishing.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Janice Faye Parkest; sister, Nora Lee; and his brothers, Wayne Parkest and Ronnie Parkest.
