OBITUARIES
Milo A. Brown
Milo A. Brown, 80, of Midvale died Monday at the family residence of causes incident to age. Mr. Brown, who was born December 15, 1854, in St. Louis, Mo., crossed the plains to Utah when he was 12 years of age, settling with his family in Hoytsville, Utah. He was the son of William P. and Mary A. Blanchard Brown.
For 20 years he was employed in flour mills in West Jordan, retiring 13 years ago.
Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Abbie Winters Brown, and seven children, Mrs. O. M. Christensen and Lawrence Brown, Los Angeles, Calif.; Mrs. C. W. Parker, Salt Lake City; Earl, Leo and Leonard Brown and Mrs. W. J. Landers, Midvale, Twenty grandchildren and two great-grandchildren, also survive.
Funeral services will be held Friday at 11 a.m. in the Midvale L.D.S. Second ward chapel, with Bishop Henry Beckstead officiating. Friends may call Thursday afternoon at the George A. Jenkins mortuary in Murray and at the residence Friday from 9:30 a.m. until time of services. Interment will be in West Jordan cemetery.
