Bryan “Delano” Gregory was born October 18, 1936 and departed this life Tuesday, February 13, 2019 reaching the age of 82 years. He was the son of the late Bryan and Zylpha (Bell) Gregory.

He is survived by: 2 sons, Jack (Tina) Gregory and Will Gregory both Ocala, FL.; 2 daughters, Anita Brooks of Monticello and Dawn (Ken) Martin of Burleson, TX.; 1 brother, Toby Gregory; 4 sisters, Jewelene Anderson, Olive Foster, Ila Morrow and Carolyn Humble; 9 Grandchildren and 5 Great Grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by: 3 brothers, Ford Bell, Kenneth Gregory and Jerome Gregory; 1 sister, Mary Gregory Burke; 1 Grandchild and 1 Great-Grandchild.

The family will receive friends on Friday, February 15, 2019 between 5 – 8 pm in the chapel of the funeral home. Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 11 am at the Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will be in the Elk Spring Cemetery.Wayne County Outlook

Bryan "Delano" Gregory, age 82, of Monticello, Ky. passed away Wednesday, February 13, 2019 at Jean Waddle Care Center in Somerset, Ky. He was born October 18, 1936 in Monticello, Ky. the son of the late Bryan and Zylpha (Bell) Gregory.

He is survived by two sons—Will and Jackie Gregory; two daughters—Anita Brooks and Dawn Martin; one brother—Toby Gregory; four sisters—Jewelene Anderson, Olive Foster, Ila Morrow and Carolyn Humble; nine grandchildren and five great-grandchildren; along with numerous nieces and nephews and a host of family and friends who mourn his passing.

He was preceded in death by three brothers—Ford Bell, Kenneth Gregory and Jerome Gregory; one sister—Mary Gregory Burke; one grandchild and one great-grandchild.

Funeral services were held Saturday, February 16, 2019 at 11 a.m. in the funeral home chapel with Bro. Junior Bell officiating. Burial was in the Elk Spring Cemetery. Hicks-Vaughn Funeral Home in charge of the arrangements.
