He was born Feb. 23, 1930, in Leck Kill, a son of the late Francis and Katie (Snyder) Oxenrider.
He is survived by his wife of 69 years, Helen M. (Laudenslager) Oxenrider. They were married June 11, 1949.
Mark was employed as a carpenter and retired in April of 1993 from the Celotex Corp. in Sunbury.
He was a member of David's U.C.C Church, Hebe and a life member of the Herndon Fire Company
Mark enjoyed hunting and helped build the Albino Eagle Lodge where he was the current vice president.
He is survived by three children, Carol Mace and her husband Terry of Hebe, Ronald Oxenrider of Hebe, and Joseph Oxenrider of Hebe; one sister, Eleanor Rebuck; one brother, Carl Oxenrider; four grandchildren, Debbie Baumert, Pirjo Mace, Katie Bordner and John Mace; eight great-grandchildren; as well as nieces and nephews.
Mark was preceded in death by two grandchildren, Terry Andrew Mace and Rose Miller; and 15 siblings .
A viewing will be held from 11 a.m. to noon Friday, Jan. 18, at David's United Church Of Christ, Hebe with the funeral service following at noon.
Interment will follow in David's Cemetery, Hebe.
