DEATH of Young LadyMiss Blanch Lawson, daughter of O.B. Lawson, died at the residence of her Uncle in Yukon Sunday morning at 5:30. Death was caused from Typhoid fever and complications. She had been sick for quite a while. She was about 21 years of age and well known in this community, having lived close to Yukon for several years. The funeral was held in the Baptist Church Monday morning. Rev. Schenk officiating. A large assembly of friends attended. Interment was made in the Yukon Cemetare. It is sad indeed to chronicle the death of one so young, and the bereaved family have the sympathy of the community.Found in the Yukon Sun (Yukon, Okla.) vol 17, No. 36, Ed. 1 Friday, September 10, 1909.O.B. Lawson was her older half brother and David Calvin Lawson was her father, newspaper error.
