William Robinson

William Robinson was one of the Civilian Casualties of "Bloody Sunday" who died at Croke Park, Dublin on 21 November 1920, when British Forces opened fire on the players and spectators at a GAA football match being played by teams representing Dublin and Tipperary.

Birth.
William Robinson, son of Patrick Robinson and Bridget Robinson, formerly Duane, then of 14 Green Street, Dublin, was born at The Rotunda Hospital, Dublin, on 28 August 1909.
His father was a Labourer.
Patrick Robinson married Bridget Dwan of 15 Greek Street, on 10 January 1909, at St. Michan's Church, Halston Street, Dublin.

His sister, Mary Bridget Robinson was born on 1 March 1914, at 5 North King Street, Dublin.

William Robinson, aged 11, a son of a Labourer, from 15 Little Britain Street, Dublin, died in Drumcondra Hospital, on 22 November 1920.
The cause of death was Gunshot Wound, 2 days, Shock and Haemorrhage, certified.
The informant of his death was Bridget Robinson, mother of deceased, of 15 Little Britain Street, who registered it on 24 November 1920.
