OBITUARY 1 from Tyrone Daily Herald August 23, 1957 page 3 - MRS. MARY WILSON DAVIS - Mrs. Mary Wilson Davis, 75, who has been residing at the home of her daughter, Mrs. Homer Ingram, 725 Sixth avenue, Juniata, died at 7:10 a.m. today at Altoona hospital following a two months Illness. She was bom Nov. 3, 1882, in Mexico, Pa., daughter of Cloyd and Amanda Thomas Close. She first married David Willson who died in 1932. Her second marriage was to Lewis Davis, who survives, along with the following children: Mrs. Clair Boyles, Bellwood: Kesler Wilson, Altoona; Mrs. Laura Shawley, Juniata; Marion Wilson, Altoona; William Wilson, Juniata; Richard Wilson, East Juninta; Samuel Wilson, Greenwood, and Mrs. Ingram. She was of the Baptist faith. Friends will be received at the Fuoss mortuary, Bellwood, after 1 p.m. tomorrow. Funeral services will be held at the mortuary on Sunday at 2 p.m., in charge of the Rev. M. S. Bittner. Burial will be in Logan Valley cemetery.

FUNERAL NOTICE - DAVIS—Services for Mrs. Mary Wilson Davis of 725 6th Ave., Juniata, will be held at 2 P. M. Sunday at the Fuoss mortuary, Bellwood, in charge of Dr. M. S. Bittner. Interment in Logan Valley cemetery, Bellwood. Friends will be received at the Fuoss mortuary after 1 P. M. today.

She was twice married, to David Wilson, who died in 1932, and to Lewis Davis, who survives together with eight children. Her death certificate indicates she was buried here, and that Lewis Davis was her spouse at the time she died. Her parents and her first husband, David Henry Wilson, with whom she had 11 children, are buried here. Her grave could not be located.
