Friday, at the Altoona hospital following an illness of two months. Mrs. Davis was born Nov. 3, 1882, at Mexico, Pa., a daughter of Cloyd and Amanda (Thomas) Close. She was twice married, to David Wilson, who died in 1932, and to Lewis Davis, who survives together with eight children. Mrs. Clair Boyles of Bellwood: Kessler and Marion of Altoona: Mrs. Laura Shawley, William. Richard and Mrs. Ingram of Juniata and Samuel of Greenwood. She was of the Baptist faith. Friends will be received at the Fuoss mortuary, Bellwood, after 1 P. M. today.
