Harry “Hack” Revis, 87, of Dayton, died Monday, July 16, 2018, at Rhea Medical Center. Hack was a lifelong resident of Rhea County. He was a member of Old Washington Baptist Church and he attended White Oak Baptist church. Hack loved fishing. He was preceded in death by his wife, Betty Trew Revis; parents, Harry Martin Revis and Dora Barley Revis; brothers, Doyle, Hunk, R.C., Hop and Mack Revis; and sisters, Sis Mincey and Ruby Wilkey.
He is survived by his children, Clayton Revis, Gary (Gloria) Revis, Pat (Richard) Patton, Dana (Stanley) Travis and Eugene (Christy) Jiles all of Dayton; grandchildren, Tiffany Cooper, Jarrod Revis, Stephen Patton; five great grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services will be held Wednesday, July 18, 2018, at 1 p.m. in the Chapel of Coulter Garrison Funeral Home with Rev. Carl Hunsucker officiating. Burial will be at Spence Cemetery. The family will receive friends Wednesday, July 18, 2018, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m.
