Mackie R. Revis, 77, died Sunday, March 10, 2013, at Erlanger.He was a lifelong resident of Rhea County and of the Baptist faith.He was preceded in death by his wife, Jeanine Day Revis; parents, Harry and Dora Barley Revis; sister, Jeanette "Sis" Mincy; four brothers, Doyle, R.C., Harley "Hop", Luther "Hunk" Revis.Survivors include devoted friend, Evelyn Rose Kaylor; five children, Diane Henning Gallaher, of Mulberry, Tenn., Deborah (Phil) Jackson, of Hixson, Donna (David) Webb, of Dayton, Tenn., Dewayne (Kathy) Revis, of Soddy-Daisy and Denise (Bill) Burchard, of Chattanooga; brother, Harry "Hack" Revis; and sister, Ruby (Tommy) Wilkey, both of Dayton; seven granchildren, Trey, Allan, Beth, Jessica, Jami, Sophia and Michael; four great-grandchildren.Funeral will be 11 a.m. Wednesday in the chapel of funeral home with the Rev.
