I located a marriage record for a Nellie Kennedy age 18 to George Rumsby age 25 in Washington Co Kansas on 7-11-1898 . Marriage record has age 18 on it but she would of been only 16. I could not locate George before or after this marriage. The marriage record on page 482 has their information covered up by another piece of paper. But none of the Washington Co. marriage records I looked at had parent names on them.
