Graveside services for Eddie Taylor Patterson, 82, Oskaloosa, were at 11 a.m. today at Oak Hill Cemetery,
Lawrence, with military honors conducted by Alford-Clarke Post No. 852 of Veterans of Foreign Wars.
Mr. Patterson died Sunday, March 8, 1992, at an Oskaloosa nursing home.
He was born Feb. 13, 1910, in Lawrence, the son of Ernest and Elodra Avila Dodge Patterson.
He was a laborer and a member of the Baptist Church and Alford-Clarke Post No. 852 of the VFW.
He served in the U.S. Army for eight years.
Survivors include five sisters, Edna Nightingale, Geraldine Tyler and Norma Hall, all of Lawrence, Vivian Snell, Golden, Colo., and Pauline Graham, Plano, Tex.; and two brothers, Art and Marion, both of Lawrence.
