Maynard Hershel Sutherland was the son of William Dewey and Alecy Bertie Fuller Sutherland. He lived on the what we called the left had fork of lick. I drove past the Dewey Sutherland home place last summer. It still looks like it did when I visited back in the 1950's. Rest in peace Maynard, you and I were about the same age.
