Caroline is buried with her Grandson. (Information provided.)OBITUARY. Late Mrs. C. Morton, Boat Harbor. Mrs. Caroline Morton, widow of the late Mr. Joseph Morton, who died recently after a long and painful illness, at the age of 75 years, was one of Boat Harbor's best-known residents. She was of a quiet, but kindly and charitable disposition. She was a devout Catholic. The late Mrs. Morton was a member of the well-known Brewster family, and was a native of Stanley. Her parents occupied the farm now held by Mr. K. Roberts, at Flowerdale. Later, with her husband, Mrs. Morton moved to Boat Harbor, where she lived until her death. Her husband died 30 years ago. She had a family of five sons and seven daughters, the sons being John (Harford), George (Sisters Creek), Roy (Victoria), Vincent (who paid the supreme sacrifice in the war), and another who died in infancy, and the daughters. Miss M. Morton (Latrobe), Mrs. C. King (Rulla), Mrs. M. Cassidy (Sprent). Mrs. A. Bell (Victoria), and Misses N., T., L. Morton (Boat Harbor). There are also 25 grandchildren and one greatgrandchild. Miss M. Brewster (Latrobe) and Mrs. J. O'Neill (Wynyard), aro sisters. The funeral was one of thc largest at Boat Harbor for some time, and those present included residents of Wynyard and surrounding districts. The floral tributes were many and beautiful The services at St. Brigid's Church, Wynyard, and the graveside, were conducted by Rev. Father D.
