SCHMIT FUNERAL RITES SATURDAY
Funeral services for John Schmit, 43, of South Bay road, brother of Detective Jacob Schmit, who was fatally injured when a 150-pound hook fell on him yesterday in the foundry of the Straight Line Engine Works, will take place at 8:15 o’clock Saturday morning at the undertaking parlors of Keegan & Osbelt, undertakers, and at 9 o’clock in the Church of the Assumption.
Burial will be in Assumption Cemetery.
