She is preceded in death by husband, Claude Webb Boutte; parents, Leslie Wayne Chance and Florence Velma Felps Chance; sisters; Dorothy Chance and Lavada Heath; brother, Leslie Wayne Chance, Jr.
She is survived by four children and their spouses, 7 grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren.
She was a member of the Oberlin Covenant Church. Over the years, Frances was an active participant in church activities and volunteered for several organizations in the community. She was deeply devoted to and well loved by her children, grandchildren, and great grandchildren. She was genuine and kind, with a lighthearted and loving spirit. She is gone but will not be forgotten. "Precious in the sight of the Lord is the death of His saints". (Psalms 116:15)
