October 2, 2017 at his home.
He was born January 20, 1956
in Russell County to the late Frank & Arvilla Higginbotham Garner.
Bobby was a construction worker and a member of Temple Hill Church.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife,
Betty Garner.
