He was employed as a clerk in a retail store. He was a veteran of World War II, serving in the Air Corps as a Staff Sergeant with the 416th Bomb Squadron.
Mr Annan was a member of the Elks Lodge of Hagerstown and the VFW.
He is survived by a sister, Mrs Walter H Myers, Chalfont, Pa.
Services will be Tuesday at 10:30 am at Wilson Funeral Home in Emmitsburg, the Rev Eugene Ackerman officiating; burial in the Presbyterian Cemetery, Emmitsburg, Md.
