Reuben was the last child born to Daniel Kenny, Jr. and Elizabeth Stockwell.

He married in Sutton Mass. on 28 Dec 1775 to Mrs. Hannah Town. Hannah's maiden name was Sparhawk(e).

Reuben and Hannah had two children, both born in Sutton. Neither are found surviving to adulthood and marriage. There are no records of their deaths in Early Vital Records, nor are there any known headstones.

Reuben served during the latter part of the American Revolution with the CT State Militia.

Hannah died on 15 Nov 1808 in Sutton. Reuben's will was written in Union, Conn. on 28 Jan 1811 and went to probate on 4 Mar 1811, so it is very safe to say that Reuben died in Feb 1811.

Reuben's burial spot is unknown, but only two places are probable. In the Old Union Cemetery in Union, Conn., or next to Hannah in the West Millbury, Mass. cemetery. There isn't a stone to be found in either location.

Information provided by Cousin Jerry Kuntz (Anonymous), a Kinney cousin descended from two sons of Israel, John and Asa.
