Evelyn M. Long, 84, of Sparks, Nevada, passed away on August 1, 2014 at Renown Regional Medical Center in Reno. A native of West, Texas, she was born April 13, 1930 to John and Helen (Johnson) Smith, and moved to northern Nevada in 1973
Evelyn is survived by her children, Michael Chris Long (1960-2015) and Kathy Nelson (Gary); grandchildren, Amy Savage (Sean), Donnie Partipilo, Jr., Joshua Long and Bradley Long; great-grandchildren, Coby Clark, Brooke Partipilo, Emma Gambetta, Jaida Long, Emelia Partipilo and Tim Savage, and many nieces, nephews and friends.
