Higley, Frank Glen "Bud", 97, of Wichita, Kansas passed away Sat. Dec. 10, 2016 in Wichita. Frank was born the son of Clem and Maggie (Hawk) Higley on May 29, 1919 in Atchinson, KS. Frank and Ednalee were united in marriage on Aug. 15, 1944 in Wichita. Together they celebrated 51 years of marriage before her passing in 1995. Frank served in the United States Army Air Corp during WWII as a B-17 tail gunner. Frank retired after 42 years as an experimental technician from Beech Aircraft. He was preceded in death by his parents, wife, 7 siblings. Survivors include his loving children, 7 grandchildren and 14 great-grandchildren.
