George Max Adams, 87, passed away on 15 Aug 2016 at hid home in Ogden, Utah. He was the devoted husband of Donna Joy Poorman Adams with whom he shared 67 wonderful years of marriage. Max was born 2 Nov 1928 in Layton, Utah, the 13th child of George Henry and Mary Ann Green Adams and was a lifelong member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints.

After graduating from Davis High School, he spent the majority of his career as a machinist at Hill Air Force Base.

He had a great sense of humor and was always caring and generous with everyone he knew. After retiring he spent many hours fly fishing and camping with the family on the Madison river in Montana. He also enjoyed ridinghis horse with his brothers, "The Not So Young Riders," in the Clearfield 4th of Jul parades.

Preceded in death by his parents, and many brothers and sisters.

Interment, Ogden City Cemetery.
