4 Dec 2006: Frank J. Antonicelli, 90, Hummelstown, passed away Saturday, December 2, 2006, in Country Meadows of Hershey. Born in West Fairview November 1, 1916, he was the son of the late Orazio and Anna Girardi Antonicelli. Frank owned and operated the former Hummelstown Beverage Distributor from 1949 until 1981. He was the night chef at the former Penn Harris Hotel in Harrisburg. Frank's interest in cooking continued throughout his life especially cooking Italian food and teaching the special presentation of food to his daughter and others. He was a member of St. Joan of Arc Roman Catholic Church, Hershey since 1949. Frank was a member of Hummelstown Rotary Club for 48 years and received the Rotary Service Award in 2004. His relationship with his family and friends were very dear to him. He enjoyed the challenge of investing in the stock market; and loved animals and bird watching. Frank was preceded in death by his wife, Frances L. Fazio Antonicelli, December 28, 2005; and by brothers Joseph Antonicelli and Samuel Antonicelli. He is survived by son Frank J. Antonicelli, Jr. husband of Barbara A. of Hummelstown; daughter Bonnie Marty of Ossining, NY; brother Angelo Antonicelli of Mechanicsburg; and grandchildren Frank J. Antonicelli, III husband of Alyson C. of New Cumberland, and Tina L. Antonicelli and her companion Bill Klaiber of Mechanicsburg. Funeral Wednesday, December 6, at Trefz & Bowser Funeral Home, Hummelstown, Rev. Fr. Philip G. Burger as officiant. Interment in Hershey Cemetery. [Harrisburg Patriot-News]
