Darlene L. Long, 78, of 14 E. Moore St., died Friday in Valparaiso Care & Rehabilitation Center, Valparaiso. Survivors include a daughter, Avis Lemaster of Hanna; and three sisters, Mardell Metts of Hanna, Rosemond Gross of LaPorte and Eleanor Miser of Walkerton. Services will be at 10 a.m. Monday in Sacred Heart Catholic Church. Friends may call from 2 to 7 p.m. Sunday and 8 to 9 a.m. Monday in Essling Funeral Home, LaPorte.
