JOSEPH A. HARGRAVES
Joseph A. Hargraves, age 67, beloved Ware county citizen, died last night at the home of his daughter, Mrs. John Tison of Millwood, after a lingering illness.
The deceased is survived by his widow; three sons, Leroy, Ashburn, Ga.; Anthony, Alma, Ga.; Vance, Brooklet, Ga.; three daughters, Mrs. John Tison, Millwood; Mrs. D. E. Rewis, Macon; Mrs. Clyde Wallace, Metter; two brothers, W.D. Hargraves, Okeechobee, Fla.; M. L. Hargraves, Birmingham, Ala.; six sisters, Mrs. M.J. McDaniel, Selma, Ala., Mrs. S.S. O'Steen, Orlando, Fla.; Mrs. F.H. Herring, Hildreth, Fla.; Mrs. John T. Morgan, Jacksonville, Fla.; Mrs. Lewis Bennett, Waycross and Mrs. Nettie O'Berry, Millwood.
Funeral services conducted by the Rev. W. R. Beall will be held from the Millwood Baptist Church Tuesday morning at 10 o'clock. Interment will be at the family burial lot in the Hargraves cemetery near Millwood.
The deceased was a consistent member of the Baptist Church and had hosts of friends throughout South Georgia as well as in Florida and Alabama.
