SPENCER, July 26, - George H. Swallow, 77, a retired textile worker, died tonight at his home, 17 Park street. He was a native of Mosley, England. He leaves seven daughters, Mrs. Ruth Eastwood of Worcester, Mrs. Ethel Talbot, Mrs. Bertha Gleason, Mrs. Mildred Putnam, Mrs. Emily Snow and Misses Lavinia and Elizabeth Swallow, all of Spencer; three sons, William of Spencer, Harold of Hartford, Conn., and T-Sgt. George H. Swallow, with the Army in the Pacific area, and 15 grandchildren. The body was removed to the Kingsley Funeral Home.
