Ms. Rohrer was born on Aug. 2, 1953, in Rockingham County and was raised by Annis Marie Showalter Rohrer and the late Glenn Edwin Rohrer.
She was the biological daughter of Robert and Anna Lee Golladay Howell. She graduated from Turner Ashby High School and worked in food service. She attended Valley Church.
In addition to her mother, she is survived by her companion, Benton Gochenour of McGaheysville; daughter, Stephanie Dellinger and husband, Calvin II, of Timberville; two brothers, Jay Rohrer and wife, Sallie, of Dayton, and Wayne Howell of Bridgewater.
She was also preceded in death by a brother, Robert Howell.
A funeral service will be held Tuesday, Sept. 8, 2015, at 11 a.m. at the McMullen Funeral Home Chapel. Burial will follow at the Bank Church Cemetery.
The family will receive friends from 10 until 11 a.m. at the funeral home prior to the service.
