One of the Lord’s sweet daughters returned home on April 19th, 2016. Rhea was born in Provo, Utah, April 20, 1927, to William Anson and Lila Margaret Mitchell Hatch. Rhea grew up in Salem and Provo, Utah. She graduated from Spanish Fork High School in Spanish Fork, Utah. She met her loving Husband at the age of 14 marrying at age 19 then spending the rest of their life together. She filled her life and the lives of the family with joy and happiness. Rhea was a faithful daughter serving her family and the Lord on two LDS missions together with her husband and several positions in her faith. She was a graduate of Brigham Young University.
Rhea and Neldon raised four children. Her family was the epicenter of her life. Rhea and Neldon were married for 69 years and loved and served each other. Her life was an example to all. The greatest legacy to her life was being a Mother, Grandmother and loving wife to her family. She will be missed. “We love you.”
She is survived by her spouse Neldon Francis Wride, three children, Keith, Linda and Bernard and 12 grandchildren, 20 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her son Larry Neldon Wride and three grandchildren, Kristie Ann, Tara Lynn and Kimberly Ann Wride.
