MRS. CLUCK DIES AFTER LONG ILLNESS
Mrs. Lucille Cluck, age 68, a lifetime resident of Round Rock, died Saturday in a Taylor hospital. She was born September 6, 1896, in Pflugerville, and was a member of the Baptist Church. She was preceded in death by her husband, Barney L. Cluck.
Survivors are three sisters, Mrs. Eula Dedear and Mrs. Nelda Davis of Round Rock, and Mrs. Julia Wright of Downey, California; one brother, Charlie Smith of Austin; and nieces and nephews.
Services were held Sunday at First Baptist Church with the Rev. James Watson officiating and burial was in Round Rock Cemetery; Condra directors in charge.
Until Mrs. Cluck became seriously ill several years ago, she was director of the Round Rock school lunch program. Her parents were Mr. and Mrs. W. R. Smith, both deceased.
