Mrs. Alma Geer, 77, who lived at Atlanta, Ga., died there Friday. A native of Green Cove Springs, she was a Baptist and was initiated into Order of Eastern Star in May of 1911. Surviving are a daughter, Mrs. Cecil Fields, Atlanta; three sons, Emmit of Albuquerque, N.M.; Carl of Jersey City, N.J. and Alvin of Bloomfield, N.J.; a sister, Mrs. Pearl Brooker of Green Cove Springs, and a brother, Roy Blitch of Quincy. Funeral services will be held at the graveside in Middleburg Cemetery at 10:30 a.m. Tuesday with Rev. Jim McCullough officiating. Honorary pallbearers will be T. J. Chesser, Harry Cressy, C. L. Geiger, Sr., Richard Sapp, Lester Rowe, Richard Rivers, Carl Rosenbush, Otto Rosenbush and Lawrence Hood. Helm Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
