H. W. Geer of Nutley, N. J. passed away Saturday while visiting relatives in Atlanta, Ga. Mr. Geer had lived in Nutley for past 10 years and was connected with the textile mills in that city. He is survived by his mother, Mrs. Alma Geer of Atlanta; a sister, Mrs. Cecil Fields of Atlanta; three brothers, Emmett Geer, Albuquerque, N. M.; Carl Geer, Jersey City, N. J. and Alwin Geer of Nutley and an Aunt, Mrs. Pearl Brooker. The body will arrive in Jacksonville Monday. Funeral services will be held in the Middleburg Methodist church, Middleburg at 2 P.M. Tuesday, March 6 with the Rev. T. E. Ray of Jacksonville officiating. Arrangements are under the direction of Seashole Funeral Parlors. Pallbearers will be Thomas J. Rivers, T. J. Jennings, Jr., G. J. Gustavason, Richard Rosenbush, Claude Smith and Alex Chesser.

Harry W. Geer, formerly of Jacksonville, FL, son of the late Forest F. Geer, lifetime resident of Clay County, Middleburg area, passed away at the home of his sister, Mrs. Cecil Fields, Atlanta, GA, Saturday March 3. Funeral services were held Tuesday, 2:00 pm at the Middleburg Methodist Church. The Rev. T. E. Ray of Jacksonville officiating.
Mr. Geer had resided in Nutley, NJ for the last ten years and was connected with the textile mills there.
Surviving are his mother, Mrs. Alma Geer, Atlanta, GA, a sister, Mrs. Cecil Fields of Atlanta, GA, three brothers, Emmett Geer of Albuquerque, NM, Carl Geer, Jersey City, NJ and Alwin Geer of Nutley; aunts and uncles, Mrs. Pearl Brooker of Green Cove Springs, Mr. and Mrs. R. E. Blitch of Coral Gables, FL, Mrs. O. T. Blitch of Hendersonville, NC, Mr. and Mrs. R. H. Blitch of Quincy, FL, Mrs. W. I. Blitch of Bartow, FL, Mr. and Mrs. Otto Schmehl of Daytona Beach, FL, Mr. Jim Hudson of Sanford, Mr. John Geer of Daytona and Mr. Jim Geer of Doctors' Inlet and 2 neices and 3 nephews.
Pallbearers were Thomas J. Rivers, T. J. Jennings, Jr., G. J. Gustafson, Richard Rosenbush, Claude Smith and Alex Chesser. Interment in Middleburg Cemetery. Arrangements were under the direction of Seashole Funeral Parlors.
