VIRGINIA BEACH-Lena Ruth Saunders Shipp, 67, of 1872 Pleasant Ridge Road, a native of Princess Anne County and the widow of Leslie H. Shipp, died Thursday in a hospital. Mrs. Shipp is survived by a son, Vernon A. Saunders of Virginia Beach; two sisters, Virginia Trueblood of Chesapeake and Laura Morris of Virginia Beach; and three brothers, Elwood Saunders of Virginia Beach, Orion Saunders of Norfolk and Preston Saunders of North Carolina. The funeral will be conducted at 11 a. m. Saturday in Hollomon-Brown Funeral Home, Bayside Chapel, by Dr. Paul B. Watlington Jr. Burial will be in Rosewood Memorial Park. The family will be at the funeral home from 7 to 9 p. m. today.
