Born May 27, 1916, in Highfield, she was the daughter of the late Harry and Elsie M. (Williard) Baker. She lived her early life in Highfield.
Mrs. Rock and her husband the late Bernard G. "Benny" Rock, were married March 1, 1941, and lived at the present residence since moving to Waynesboro in 1941. Mr. Rock died May 19, 1990.
She was a member of Grace Baptist Church, Waynesboro, and it Alpha and Omega Sunday School Class.
Mrs. Rock also was a member of the national AARP.
She is survived by one daughter, Patricia L. Sellers of Greencastle; two sons, Donald L. Rock of Waynesboro and Jeffrey L. Rock of Newville; five grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; one sister, Carrie Dayhoff of Hamilton, Ohio; and two brothers, Merle Baker of Highfield and Kenneth Baker of Waynesboro.
Mrs. Rock was preceded in death by one sister, Evelyn Woodring, and one brother, Harold Baker.
