MRS. HATTIE PECK
Mrs. Hattie Peck, wife of Chas. Peck, died at her home in this city last Sunday afternoon at the age of twenty-three years, after an illness of only a week with typhoid fever.
Deceased was the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph Lambirth of this city and has resided here for a number of years. She was highly esteemed by a large circle of friends who will learn of her death with sorrow.
To mourn her demise there remain a husband and two sons, the youngest of whom, aged about two years, is lying at the point of death with the same disease. The afflicted family have the sympathy of the entire community.
The funeral services of Mrs. Peck were held Monday afternoon, conducted by Rev. A. Jacobs, and the remains interred in the Brownlee cemetery in English township.
