Kathy J. Company, 64, of Tiffin, passed away at 12:27 p.m., Sunday, Nov. 22, 2015, at Mercy St. Vincent Medical Center in Toledo.
Kathy was born Jan. 11, 1951, in Whitesburg, Kentucky, to the late Monroe and Ocie (Halcomb) Cornett.
Survivors include her children, Renee Fields of Tiffin and William (Jamie) Biddle of Republic; four brothers, E.L. Cornett and Ronnie Cornett, both of Tiffin, and Jack Cornett and Ernie Cornett, both of Kentucky; five sisters, Norabell Cardwell, Norma Young and Marylou Miller, all of Tiffin, and Judy Breeding and Linda Reed, both of Kentucky; six grandchildren, Cortney and Charlie Lawrence, Raini Biddle, William J. Biddle Jr., Mason and Brody Dohl; and a lifelong companion, Gerry Goshe of Tiffin.
Kathy was a homemaker and enjoyed fishing, gardening and spending time with her grandkids.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a son, Heath "Fudd" Fields; and brothers Cecil, John and Dempsey Cornett.
The funeral for Kathy will begin at 7 p.m. Wednesday, Nov. 25, 2015, at Engle-Shook Funeral Home & Crematory in Tiffin, with the Rev. Rex King officiating.
Visitation for family and friends will be from 5:30 p.m. until the time of her service Wednesday at the funeral home. Burial will be in Fairmont Cemetery at a later date
