She was preceded in death by three brothers, Roy Adcock, William Adcock and Robert Adcock; and a sister, Hazel Fraiser.
Survivors include her husband of 42 years, Kermit H. Smith; one sister and brother-in-law, Helen and John Gaddis of Fort Smith; a sister-in-law, Ethel Mae Adcock of Dardanelle, and several nephews and nieces.
Services were Friday, June 14, 2002 at the First Baptist Church in Dardanelle with the Rev. Milton Cowling and Bro. Bobby Loyd officiating. Burial was in Havana Cemetery by Cornwell Funeral Home of Dardanelle. Pallbearers were Frank Adcock, Steve Gaddis, Ken Smith, Paul Dean Smith, Don Smith, Deward Smith and David McCormick.
