Born in Oshkosh Jan. 23, 1877, he had lived here all his life, working for many years as a teamster and later was employed by Clark's Carriage Works. On. Dec. 4, 1396, he married Miss Dora May Bennett who preceded him in death last July
Surviving are two daughters. Mrs. Earl Bending and Mrs. John Spanbauer; three sons, Burton. Roy and Claud Benedict, all of Oshkosh; seven grandchildren. two great-grandchildren and number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral service will be held at 2:30 o clock Friday afternoon at Fiss 8c Bills funeral home, the Rev. Lowell Reykdal officiating. Burial will be in Riverside cemetery. Friend may call at the funeral home this afternoon and until th hour of services.
