Fred Schwarz, 87, of Davenport, died Saturday at Crest Health Care Center, Davenport.
Services will be 10 a.m. Monday at Holy Family Catholic Church, Davenport. Burial will be in Pine Hill Cemetery, Davenport.
Visitation will be 5-7 p.m. today at Runge Mortuary, Davenport.
He worked as office manager at Freed Heating and Air Conditioning Co., Moline, retiring in 1982.
Mr. Schwarz married Honora Karstens in 1933 in Davenport.
Memberships include the church.
He was an honorary Kentucky Colonel.
Memorials may be made to Holy Family Catholic Church or a favorite charity.
Survivors include his wife; sons, Fredric J. Schwarz, Yale, Iowa; and Dr. Robert L. Schwarz, Menomonee Falls, Wis.; a daughter, Mary Lou (Mrs. David) Dulaney, West Des Moines, Iowa; six grandchildren; and three great-grandchildren.
