Mrs. James Woodruff

Crowsell-Nov 9 Mrs.Etta Woodruff, 74 wife of James Woodruff, lifetime resident of Sanilac County, died early this morning in the family home, in Croswell, after a long illness.
Miss Etta Warner, was born Feb 11, 1880 in St. Clair County and married Mr. Woodruff Sept. 18, 1899. She was a resident of Croswell 13 years and previouly lived on a farm in Worth Township.
Mrs. Woodruff is survived by her husband, son, Elver, Croswell. A daughter, Mrs. Hazel Harris, Port Huron; three sisters, Mrs. Francis Graham, Croswell, Mrs. Anna Apsey, Owosso, and Mrs. Mary Waidenbach, Marysville; two brothers, Milton and Grover Warner, both of Port Huron; Four grandchildren, and nine great grandchildren.
Remains are in the Pomeroy funeral home. Funeral services will be held at 1 p.m. thursday in the Aiken Memorial Chapel with Rev. Sam Charlesion, Flint officiating.
Burial woll be in Peck cemtery.
