A retired Detroit Edison Co. employee, Mr. Warner was born April 20, 1889 in Melvin. He had lived at his Pickford Rd. address for 21 years. His wife Leda B. Warner, died Oct. 16, 1965.
Mr. Warner is survived by two sons, Charles and Robert Warner, both of Port Huron; three daughters, Mrs. Leo Radatz, Lambs, Mi., Mrs. Lawrence Hand, Orange Park, Fla., and Mrs. Woodrow Rands, Lakeport; two sisters Mrs. Charles Apsey, Corunna, Mi., and Mrs. Frances Graham,Croswell.
Funeral plans are incomplete.
The remains are in the Karrer Simpson Funeral Home.

Funeral services for Milton V. Warner, 77, of 150 Pickford Rd., who died Thursday, will be conducted at 3 p.m. Saturday in Karrer Simpson Funeral Home.
Rev. Martin Ehlen, pastor of St. Paul's Lutheran Church, will officiate.
Burial will be in Lakeside Cemetery.
Thomas E. Stark, David E. Tommbs, Bud R. Radatz, James A. Radatz, Clifford W. Kiehler and Raymond L. Carrick will be pallbearers.
