Living in the Pleasant Grove and Orem, Utah, area most her life, she provided a home that was always welcoming to her siblings, in-laws, grandchildren and the many friends they would bring over, as well as her many long-time friends. Jean’s love of children and her warm heart made all children feel safe and special. Every grandchild believed they were her favorite. Jean was known for her piano playing, family dinners and impeccable style. She served as a temple worker for many years and faithfully played the piano every Sunday for most of her life; she loved seeing her family grow in both music skills and the gospel. Jean Baxter McMillan passed away at home on Wednesday, July 8, 2015, surrounded by children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren.
Survived By: Her three children: Paul McMillan (Jessie), Brent McMillan (Laurie) and Karen Tregeagle; six grandchildren and nineteen great-grandchildren.
Preceded In Death By: Her husband, Lee Robert McMillan; her parents; three brothers and two grandchildren.
