Gary James Gilmore, 73, passed away on July 14, 2013.
He was born on November 18, 1939 in Evanston, Wyoming to Joseph and Elizabeth (Cook) Gilmore.
He served his country as a member of the Army National Guard.
He married Colleen P. Free in Kearns, Utah on March 8, 1985.
Gary loved to be outdoors, camping, fishing and hunting. He was a very skilled in woodworking and had completed several very nice projects.
He worked for a number of years as an engineer in research and design. More recently he retired from employment with Uinta County.
He is survived by his loving wife Colleen, his son, James "Jay" Gilmore and daughter Dianna L. "Lynn" Gilmore, all of Evanston. Nine grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren
His brother: Robert (Myrtle) Gilmore, of Evanston; and sisters: Flora Wagstaff, of Hilliard; Amy Gaye (William) Narramore, of Evanston; and Betty Scholz of Denver, Colorado
He is preceded in death by his parents, brothers: Fred, Bud, J.R., and Lloyd "Gillie" and one sister Ellen Lester.
In accordance with his wishes cremation has taken place.
