FORT WORTH - Gerenia "Irene" Medley, a homemaker, died Tuesday at a Fort Worth hospital. She was 85.

Funeral will be at 11 a.m. Saturday at Greenwood Funeral Home. Burial will be in Greenwood Memorial Park.

Mrs. Medley was born in Kiamichi Mountains, Okla., and had lived in the Fort Worth area for most of her life. She was a Baptist.

Survivors: Two sons, Ernest D. Medley Jr. of Cottonwood, Ariz., and Andrew Jackson Medley of Fort Worth; daughter, Sandy Corcoran of Garland; seven grandchildren; and six great-grandchildren.
