Joseph Fisher Neville was born December 2, 1876 in England. He immigrated to Utah when a small boy in 1880. The family made their home in Woodruff, Utah.
Joe was a genius, a good iron worker and a carpenter. He fashioned the banisters and made the pulpit in the ward chapel. He also made the wood carvings and banisters in the home of Luther Bryson and the Bob Wamsley home. He also made the weather vane that stood atop the church for 60 years. He was a drummer in the first band in Woodruff. He never married.
