Edmond--Joe V. Walters, 82, was born March 19, 1932, in Paris, Arkansas, to Joe and Marie (Kilhoffer) Walters. He passed away January 1, 2015, in Oklahoma City. He was a member of St. John's Catholic Church in Edmond.

Joe was preceded in death by his parents; brothers, Harold and Raymond; and sisters, Lucille and Anna Louise. He is survived by his beloved wife, Bette; daughters, Cathy Gesell & husband Steve and Connie Walters; sons, Cary & wife Kathy and Chet & wife Janey; nine grandchildren, Andrea & husband Nathan, Allyson, Nicholas, Austin, Michelle, Chris & wife Stephanie, Lindsay & husband Will, Megan, and Christopher; four great-grandchildren, Ruby, Dax, Cohen, and Gunner; sister, Edna; and many other family members and friends.

A Rosary service will be at 6 pm Monday, January 5 at Baggerley Funeral Home Chapel. Mass of Christian Burial will be 11 am Tuesday, January 6 at St. John's.
