Henry Batson Died Last Night
Henry Batson, aged about 50 years, a well known citizen of Jackson township,
died about 11:30 o'clock Tuesday night, after an illness from kidney trouble and
complications.
His home was one mile west and 1 ½ miles south of Mt. Zion.
Besides the wife there survives two children, namely Mrs. Leatha Moore, wife of
Aaron Moore, of Bluffton, and Mrs. Jacob Beasley, of Illinois. One child is
dead.
The funeral will be Friday, but further plans were not completed today.
