Daughter of Claude T. and Jewel Clore Mitchell.
Married Harry Eugene "Gene" Ellingwood, Jr. December 24, 1936 at Phanuel Lutheran Parsonage near Wallace. He preceded her in death January 1, 2001.
Survivors include sons Nick (Thelma), Terry (Darla), Jim (Carol) and Jeff (Elizabeth) Ellingwood; daughter Ann (Stephen) Ratcliff; sister Geneva Ellingwood; 14 grandchildren, 27 great-grandchildren and 13 great-great-grandchildren.
She was also preceded in death by a granddaughter, 3 brothers and two sisters.

She attened Wallace School
She was a homemaker and an artist, having her paintings displayed in all 50 states and on three continents.
She was a former member of the Danville, IL Art League.
Member of Wallace Christian Church.

Service 11am Wednesday, February 18 at Wallace Christian Church with Pastor Ryan Sowers officiating. Visitation 5-8pm Tuesday at Maus Funeral Home, Hillsboro.

Memorial donations to Amber Power Sparks Scholarship Fund or the Wallace Christian Church.
