Services will be held Tuesday at 2 p.m. for William Henry Riggleman, 35, of 204 West Pomfret St.
He drowned Friday afternoon while wading in Rehoboth Bay at Rehoboth, Del.
He was born Oct. 15, 1939, in Carlisle and was a son of the late Charles O. and Laura B. Raudabaugh Riggleman. He resided most of his life in Carlisle. He attended the Big Spring schools.
He was employed at Carlisle Tire and Rubber Co., North College Street, for the past 10 years. He attended Community Baptist Church and was a member of the Good Will Fire Company. He was a social member of the VFW Post 477, Carlisle.
Surviving are two daughters, Melissa Ann Riggleman, and Bobbie Jo Riggleman, both of RD2 Dillsburg; six brothers, Leroy Guhall (sic), 10 North High St., Newville; Dale Spidle, RD5 Carlisle; Robert G. Zimmerman, RD2 Newville; Charles J. Riggleman, 86 Fairview St.; Curtis J. Riggleman, 50 Corporation St., Newville; and Clinton E. Riggleman, Columbia; three sisters, Mrs. Lester E. (Marie) Smith, 54 Vine St., Newville; Mrs. Robert F. (Anna) Wolf, 318 North College St.; and Mrs. James A. (Ella) Holloway, Mechanicsburg; and several nieces and nephews.
Services will be conducted at the Ewing Brothers Funeral Home, 630 South Hanover St., with the Rev. Harry L Lindsay Jr., pastor of the Community Baptist Church, officiating. Burial will be In McClures Gap Church of God Cemetery, Upper Frankford Township. Friends may call this evening from 7 to 9 at the funeral home.
