Kelsie S. Ferrell

Kelsie S. Ferrell, age 74, passed away Wednesday morning, December 31, 2014 at home.

He got saved at an early age and joined Cobb's Chapel Missionary Baptist Church where he remained a member until death.

He was preceded in death by one daughter, Rhonda Ferrell; mother, Maude Ferrell and father, Harvey Ferrell; brothers, Paul Ferrell and Herb Ferrell; sisters, Margie Lamb, Charlsie Lamb, Mary Bowlin, Faye Burton, and Jane Trent.

He is survived by three sons and daughters-in-law, Mark and Teresa Ferrell and Brandon and Sheanna Ferrell, all of Eidson; and Scott Ferrell of Blaine; one daughter, Katherine Ferrell of Eidson; sister and brother-in-law, Sue and husband Loyd Manis of Choptack; four grandchildren, Brooke and Summer Ferrell, Tanner Ferrell, and Taylor Ferrell; one great grandchild, Chloe Ferrell; special caregiver Louise Ferrell; and several nieces and nephews.

The family will receive friends from 12:00 pm to 1:00 pm on Friday at Christian-Sells Funeral Home. Funeral services will follow at 1:00 pm with Rev. Earl Bowlin officiating.
