Marked 54th wedding anniversary this month
Ann Segedy, 73, of Fredericktown, died unexpectedly at 9:45 a.m. Tuesday, May 25, 1993, in the emergency room of Brownsville General Hospital.
She was born August 13, 1919, in Fredericktown, a daughter of Alex and Helen Chuma Brenzovich.
Mrs. Segedy was a member of St. Michael Roman Catholic Church of Fredericktown and its Christian Mothers and Ladies' Guild.
She was also a member of the Catholic Daughters of the Americans, Brownsville Court 1141.
On May 13, 1939, she married Andrew J. Segedy, who survives. They observed their 54th wedding anniversary this month.
Also surviving are one son, Patrick A. Segedy of South Park; two daughters, Kathleen A. Amendola of Washington and Virginia L. McConnell of Iriwn; eight grandchildren; one brother, Michael Brenzovich of Rices Landing R.D. 1; three sisters, Mary Chelena of Brandenton, Fla., Helen Palmo of Fredericktown and Susan Knepp of Clarksville; and several nieces and nephews.
Deceased, in addition to her parents, are two brothers Andrew and George Brenzovich.
